Price was great.

Could do a better job on cleaning hallway carpet.

Pricing was great for the time at the hotel. We only planned to have time to sleep so it was a great buy!

Extended Stay America is the only hotel chain that gets automatically booked as single rooms.

I am in a professional touring band and we travel with six (6) people and always book 3 rooms (2 people/2 beds per room). Extended Stay America is the only hotel that seems to get booked automatically as one bed per room. We were luck to be able to get rooms with 2 beds per room this past time but this isn't always the case. We had to pay an extra $10 + tax per room in order to upgrade to 2 beds per room once we got there.
